Responsibilities for the Cerner Consultant: Set solution roadmap
direction based on the requirements. The Cerner Consultant works
closely with engineering and solution management to review and
design functional requirements. Receive feedback from clients
on new solution functionality.The Cerner Consultant provides in-depth
solution feature and functionality knowledge support for the sales
process. The Cerner Consultant involves sales demonstrations of
solution functionality, which are customized and specific to benefits
sought by the client.The Cerner Consultant follows through on
open issues and questions from clients about solution functionality,
as well as, provides input on the development of marketing materials.
In addition,The Cerner Consultant takes part in knowledge transfer
from the sales team to the project implementation team. The Cerner
Consultant works closely with the Sales Executive in a particular
territory to increase pipeline and sales activity.

Consultant - Cerner Report Writer
The Cerner Consultant is responsible for designing, developing,
and testing reports for the Cerner Millennium Applications. The
Cerner Consultant will troubleshoot, debug, and modify existing
CCL programs as per specifications, including query-retrieval.
The Cerner Consultant will work closely with client and internal
developer / analyst to coordinate requirements gathering, specification
creation, and ensure that resulting code meets business requirements.
The Cerner Consultant will coordinate unit test / user acceptance
test code within actual environments. The Cerner Consultant will
provide ongoing documentation on coding, testing, debugging, and
installing / upgrading within Corporate and departmental tracking
tools to support Clinical Information Systems.

Consultant - Cerner Rules Analyst
The Cerner Consultant is responsible for supporting efforts related
to the design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing
and maintenance of Cerner Millennium. The Cerner Consultant must
be able to perform all other tasks assigned by the Project Manager,
Project Director or Applications Director. The Cerner Consultant
establishes and maintains relationships at the appropriate level,
in order to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution
benefits, etc.
